Random Walk on WebGL 01 : Particle and parallel effect; 2021 Jan

A customizable module for two kind of visual effect

1. Particle : Direction, Color, Speed, Size is editable
2. Parallel : ZIndex, Sprite Object, Parallel strength

My warm up exercise before some cool webgl project.

This moment, thing still happen in canvas only, so no real webgl involve.

No third party library.
