The traditional car buying process is becoming rapidly obsolete. The tech-savvy younger generation is craving for a better digital process, which allows them to easily compare, review and purchase market offerings and spend less or no time at a brick and mortar car dealership (AutoTrader, 2018 and Insurance Factory, 2019).
The focus of this project is to enhance the car-buying experience and to ensure that the young consumer is well-guided with Auto Trader, so that the car-buying experience becomes a joy for people rather than a hassle.
