The chief can make predictions based on experience, but the equipment management personnel or on-site management personnel are very passive. After we interviewed relevant personnel, we came up with the following requirements: We need visual information to show the meaning of post-IoT data. We need to ensure the integrity of the data, including packet loss during transmission and data integrity. We need GIS to present the distribution of points and quickly grasp the overview of the flood season. We need a data search function to collect historical information to produce reports or research. We need CCTV to watch real-time images, and judge the degree of danger in flood season from both images and information. After Surveys, Sketches, Wireframing, User Testing, UI Design (Mockups), Prototyping, 3 iterations of the design, 53 mockups and 20% increase in ease of use.
