蔡東伯
目前擔任Glossika多國語言線上自學平台的設計主管，負責整體產品UI/UX規劃及用戶數據分析。擁有十年以上的設計經驗，七年以上UI/UX工作經驗。
我的設計作品範疇涵蓋產品、平面及多媒體設計，作品曾散見於各大媒體，多次獲得國際大獎，包括IF設計獎、台北設計獎、RADO STAR PRIZE等。曾受邀參展於米蘭、東京、北京、諸暨、天津等地。
工作經驗起於在2015年參加台灣三星設計善星人才選拔競賽，獲邀至三星設計中國設計研究院(上海)實習，積累了手機相關電子產品的UI與UX經驗。2017-2018年在17 Media擔任職位，參與新部門電商平台「CelloCello」，從事整體視覺規劃CIS、App UI設計，負責平台內影音內容的產出。2018-2019年在保利智能股份有限公司，負責棟內車位媒合App「停停圈」的UI/GUI，以及公司CIS規劃及影片剪輯。
My name is Dongbo, and I am a designer with over six years of experience, focusing on UI/UX design for the past five years. I have worked for notable companies such as 17 Media, a live stream application, and Uspace, a shared parking application. Currently, I hold the position of Product Designer at Glossika, a language learning website. My primary work revolves around software product design, where I manage UI/UX design, data tracking, and analysis for the entire product.
In my role, I collaborate closely with product managers to conduct user research and strategize on understanding our users and their needs better. I design clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces tailored to meet user requirements. Additionally, I actively participate in design competitions, securing more than 60 awards and exhibiting in prominent cities such as Milan, Tokyo, and Beijing. I have also led my team to victory in startup competitions.

As the Design Lead at Glossika, I drive the overall product design strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. This involves formulating design policies, defining UX goals, and ensuring coherence with brand values. Leading and coordinating the UI/UX design team, I guide each member to contribute to product objectives, providing mentorship, training, and evaluations to uphold high design standards. Taking charge of user research and testing, I delve into understanding the needs and behaviors of our target users. Leveraging insights from these studies, I guide design decisions to ensure the final product aligns with user expectations. In addition, I spearhead the planning, design, and implementation of the product's UI and UX, covering information architecture, interactive design, and visual aesthetics to deliver an outstanding user experience.
