The recipient of a bachelor's degree in food service management and culinary from Johnson and Wales University, Prachi Joglekar was a member of the school's lacrosse and ice hockey teams. Upon graduating in 2017, she secured an internship position at Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Florida, and now works as a kitchen supervisor at the hospitality venue. In this role, Prachi Joglekar works to ensure the kitchen is operating at maximum efficiency.
Prachi Joglekar has prior culinary experience at Market Basket and Tom Catering in Nashua, New Hampshire, and Coventry, Rhode Island, respectively. She performed prep work for events and put together plated salads for as many as 200 people while working at the latter. She has been interested in cooking from a young age, and is Knife Skills ServSafe certified.
To enhance her cooking and kitchen supervision abilities, Ms. Joglekar regularly attempts new recipes and learns new cooking techniques. She also enjoys hobbies such as gardening, going for walks in nature, and traveling.
