The focus of the tender was to increase the number of females at senior management positions within the organisation. There is an identified problem among almost every organisation across the globe with men dominating leadership positions at board levels.

There are few of no women at this level, Our aim as a team of trainee organisational and business psychologists was to create an intervention model exclusively tailored for UBS to increase the number of females at senior management level.

Our major focus was across Americas, Africa and Europe, UK and Asia Pacific. My expertise involved to build a monitoring and evaluation plan for our presented intervention and measure the costing (investment) that UBS require to employ for our three-year intervention.
