Managed a team that was in charge of designing XXENTRIA's new 8-floor office building, all the way from the design development phase, selecting finishes through construction documentation. At the same time, I implemented thorough drawing standards for large-scale projects for the firm, such as, creating a collection of dynamic blocks in CAD, creating consistent drawing layouts, and standardizing filing structures, which in return boosted productivity and efficiency.
Worked on fast-paced corporate sector projects and a local institution's clinic/wellness center. I took part in the design development phases, created finishes & material schemes, and was the lead drafter putting together thorough construction documentation, detailing out all the design elements, and carefully streamlined project-specific standards. I worked extensively with lead designers, principals, and CA managers in answering RFIs and project coordination with quick turnarounds.
