Autobiography

          Hello，My name is Shang Wen ,Chang，29 years old，I am outgoing. easy to get along with.very optimistic，and like to make friends with other people because I think interpersonal relationship is an important part of life，I graduated from Feng Chia University and my major was chemical engineering，Having 5 years semi-conductor equipment work experience，currently work as CSE in ASML

           In college period，in addition to the hard work on the course，I also used my spare time to enrich myself，participated in the basketball team to exercise，be the tutor to teach student math and chemistry，I learned how to absorb knowledge and passed on to others，after I graduated from college，in order to broaden my horizons， I have taken part in an American Work and Travel Program，It affects me a lot and helps me to broaden the horizons and better my English ability，Through time there，I found that it is very hard to make money and nothing is more important than hard work when you get in trouble or to the new environment，In my opinion，as long as I try my best，the outcome will surely be wonderful 

          After serving military service，I joined the Tokyo Electron Limit (TEL) as an semiconductor front-end dry etching equipment associate engineer，After two years in TEL，I've joined ASML as EUV CSE in 2020，responsible for the EUV maintenance , modification , trouble shooting and data analysis of the equipment，the most common encounter is the alarm happen，let me know how to calmly analyze when facing the problem，the most important of as an equipment engineer is to understand the machine thoroughly，a small part has the huge impact on the machine，solve the problem efficiently and how to deal with customer properly，Although I knew nothing about the machine when I just joined the company，I was always willing to learn，so that I could become more familiar with the equipment，having a good relationship with customer is one of the important things as CSE，good relationship is the key factor to make the work smoothly with customer  　

          During the period of work，I use spare time to exercise myself for relaxing and study English by reading the magazine and watching foreign movie，also scored 845 point in Toeic test，With five years of work and society experience，I hope that I can have the better development in the future，I will try my best to accomplish the job and meet the company’s requirements
