A skilled and knowledgeable contractor with extensive experience in utility construction projects, Ralph Serpe supervises all aspects of company operation as the president of the Kemsco Construction and Equipment Company in Newark, New Jersey. Since founding Kemsco in 1982, he has grown the company into an industry leader with annual revenues of $70 million or more. Ralph Serpe’s specific areas of expertise include calculating estimates for new work, providing responsible stewardship for company resources, and fostering and maintaining productive client relationships. He typically works between 50 and 60 hours a week.

Outside of the professional arena, he is an avid sports fan who loves college basketball and football. He is also a tremendous fan of women’s lacrosse and the father of two daughters who have successful college lacrosse careers. Family has always been an important part of Mr. Serpe’s life. He currently works alongside his son at Kemsco and has been married to his wife for 34 years.
