3. Assist HR Manager with handling of staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
4. Coordinate implementation of the performance appraisal process.
5. Responsible for orientation of newly joined employee, placement and job confirmation.
6. Maintain manpower status properly for recruitment, selection, and performance appraisal for management staff consulting with concerned department Head
7. Handling disciplinary actions for the employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
