- Build up an AI base automation 2D-3D transformation micro service to reduce 90% time cost for creating VR tour. Implement the Clean Architecture Design 4 layer architecture to enhance the extensibility and flexibility. The service is base on Golang + Kubernetes + Firebase + GCP.
- Design a GraphQL + RESTful hybrid API cluster to enhance 300% of productivity from backend/frontend team
- Build up an golang base DevOps flow with Jenkins and increasing 6 times build/deploy time cost. The metric monitoring system is base on Prometheus/Kibana. The log system is using ELK(Elastic search/Logstash/Kibana) to collecting operation log.
- VRMaker: VR image base auto Image filter and Mosaic filter SaaS service Apr 2019 - July 2019
Design the system architecture for creating an image based auto image filter and mosaic filter SaaS service. This service enhance 20% user engagement on our VR platform. We using NSQ message queue as a job scheduler. Using AWS lambda function as our image preprocessing micro service. Build up an auto scalable CV cluster to consume the image filter job. we also use the google cloud CDN to speed up our image acquisition time below 20ms.
- High extensibility e-commerce backend service July 2018 - Oct 2019
Build a Golang/NodeJS/Firebase/MySQL based backend service with Kubernetes on GCP platform for all product line used. Integrate Stripe/Alipay payment gateway to support global market. The traffic coverage four continents and 25 countries.
- Tourring: Cross platform base Real-Time Engagement platform June 2018 - Apr 2019
I'm the project owner for this platform. This platform is designed to increase the interactivity based on our VR content. The biggest challenge on this project is to build up an cross-platform(Web/Android/iOS) real-time engagement platform. In this project, we using Google Cloud Firestore as our NoSQL server, using NSQ message queue as our job scheduler. we build up a cross platform socket server to monitoring the activity between all platform. The video /audio/user action data can be synchronize between all platform. This app let our TA can extend to Travel/Hotel/Car industry, and bring 35% revenue up in 2019.
- Autohotspot: SFM base 3D scenes reconstruction micro service Nov 2017 - June 2018
- Cloud based image processing function: build a FAAS (Function as a Service) framework with Docker and Kubernetes on GCP platform to provide modularized image processing function for large scale backend service.
- VR image recognition: implement the SFM algorithm to reconstruct VR floor plan map. This algorithm can reduce 10x time to manual binding every VR image's relation.
- VR Maker: mobile base VR content generator App Aug 2016 - Nov 2017
Build an automatic VR capture and viewing app on all android phones. This app let our company get the A-series funding from Alibaba and Asus. This app can capture one VR image using fisheye lens and bluetooth rotator in seconds. The VR image will be stitching and auto- adjustment on our gpu based cloud computing server.
- For android app, I design a communication channel to combine android with VR 3D engine. Build up an self recoverable job scheduler using android JobScheduler, GcmNetworkManager and AlarmManager.
- Web-based 3D platform: using A-frame and React to build up an interactive 3D models with animated tours from floor plans.

Submit 3 patents about using stereo VR to view the home with virtual decoration. Using ReactNative to Create a cross platform(iOS/Android) AR shopping App. Porting AR patent to Google project tangle phone and Win the 2nd place of Lenovo hackathon.

Design the hole system architecture for App and Infrastructure. This App is designed for making users could view the houses at anywhere and anytime around the world. Using Unity to build up the MR 3D engine on iOS/Android. Using Parse/Leancloud as the SaaS server.
