CMoney is the most famous investing software brand in Taiwan. I performed Sr. Product Manager of 股市爆料同學會、籌碼K線 and 價值K線,which's traffic was nearly 1M/60K/30K MAU respectively.
My major contributions would be improving product user experience and introducing project management tool such as Jira/Asana to the team.
Snapask, as an educational version Uber , we provide students instant assistance from tutors who can solve asker's questions with our matching mechanism. I worked with engineers, ui designers, ux researchers as well as operation and business side as a squad to investigate, improve and develop the product.
The major contributions include streamlining Q&A flow, ensuring tutoring quality and conversion rate of purchasing plans. As the key result, the revenue has grown by 45% within a year.
My aim was to meet the KPI for Cookpad global expansion and to understand Taiwaness users' behavior with limited resources. We designed and executed effective plans which increased the growth KPI by 400% in 6 months, and we also conducted some user interviews to measure how people use our product and find hidden needs or problems.
I led a tiny team consisting of a PM(me), community manager, ads account and a programmer to run a recipe sharing service, Dodocook. It began from scratch and grew up with constant improvements. Due to having a great deal of market share, Cookpad acquired Dodocook in order to get into Taiwan market eventually.
I was in the team of an instant communication app, M+. Gift+, was a feature for M+ users to send gifts to their contacts. I built buying, redeem, billing mechanisms for Gift+ during this job.
Ezfly is one of leading online travel agent in Taiwan. I led marketing department to introduce traffic and to design promotion events to bring in transactions. Our department also stimulated existing members before holidays, reminded them to plan the upcoming travel with our service and goods.
Startravel is one of leading online travel agent in Taiwan. In the first place, I was in charge of a travel-information-sharing-platform, Starblog. I learnt fundamental knowledge and concept of product planning, project management and lean startup here.
