As business operations and project manager with Martin Construction and Restoration in Smyrna, Tennessee, Rebekah Luellen coordinates material and human resources to perform a variety of property restoration operations in the wake of storm, fire, and water damage. Her specific duties range from construction cost estimation and insurance claim facilitation to subcontractor outsourcing and customer support. Since 2018, Rebekah Luellen has concurrently sourced and purchased real estate as a business development manager with the affiliated Martin Property Group.

Before joining the Martin team 5 years ago, Rebekah Luellen served tenures as an operations and office manager with the scrap metal business AAA Metals. By the time she parted ways with AAA, she was overseeing the scrap metal collection and sales activities of 15 hourly workers.

Outside of the professional arena, Ms. Luellen serves as a swim coach for Smyrna Middle School. In addition to developing practice regimens and spearheading physical training, she recruits and mentors athletes for competition throughout Rutherford County.
