Amdocs - Engineering Manager Jul 2020 - Present

Leading a large team of front-end oriented developers, who are responsible for the UI foundations, and infrastructure of Amdocs next gen. CatalogONE. The team is responsible for creating and maintaining a wide arsenal of reusable web components as well as all other infrastructural needs (e.g CI/CD pipelines, code and data management, etc.) . In addition the team has recently published Amdocs's first ever open-source project: https://webrix.amdocs.com, an un-opinionated web components framework for React based applications.

Avantis Team - VP R&D Aug 2018 - Jan 2020

Build and lead the R&D dept. in Avantis Team, which consist of 2 SCRUM teams, including JS full-stack developers, BI developers (python) and data scientist. The group uses top notch technologies such as Snowflake DB, node.js and python in the back-end, React.js and vanilla in the front-end and extensive use in AWS cloud services. As part of my role, I own the SCRUM management of both teams and work closely with the sales team to provide the required engineering aspect in all in/out bound processes.

I also like community volunteering, so I created Taykey for the community (TFTC) at my current workplace, where we teach youth at risk web development, and take parts in many other projects off-work.
