Personal Projects

Independent study project | Computer Vision based Intelligent System | National Taiwan University of Science and Technology

  • Gather data, data augmentation, training and implementation of Yolov5
  • Program using python opencv library to transform image coordinates into base robot coordinates, and programmed the robot arm to perform a pick and place function autonomously.

Movie Genre Prediction based on Movie Poster

  • Project in Python data analysis and machine learning at National Taiwan University 
  • Image classification problem, retrieve dataset and clean dataset
  • Perform data processing and use Densenet-121 to train the dataset and predict movie genre from movie poster 

GarudaHack 3.0 (Hackathon) 2022

  • Won the honorable mention Award in this Hackathon. Created an app in 72 hours using React Native, this app is meant to serve as a platform to share stories of people in underdeveloped areas in Indonesia | Devpost Link 

Robot car (Mechanical System Design and Practice course)

  • Programmed an Arduino-based robot vehicle that could read input from IR sensors and follow track lines, switch vacuum on/off to pick objects, control a servo motor and DC motor 
  • Developed a mobile app for manual control using MIT App Inventor for Android devices 
  •  Designed the wiring diagram, selected electrical components, and was responsible for the wiring of the electrical components, including specifying the required voltage, current, number of I/Os, torque, and rotation speed

  • Utilized Pro/E to design and draft parts and tools, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software's capabilities 
  • Implemented cabling applications for 3D printing machines using Creo, improving the overall model of the machine 
  • Successfully assembled and troubleshot large 3D printing machines, demonstrating technical expertise and problem-solving abilities 
  •  Contributed to various operations such as component assembly, measurement, testing, and parts approval, consistently delivering accurate and efficient results.
