  • Led the S&OP, Order-to-Cash E2E process improvement facilitation efforts with participation from all key stakeholders
  • Implemented Lean and Agile Thinking, through Lean Leadership, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-yoke, Standard Work, DMAIC & DMADV, 3P, and Scrum as the primary grassroots sources of continuous improvement
