I lead the global marketing operations for Antuit and work with sales, product and operations team across 11 countries. I work on branding, marketing strategy, sales collaterals, digital campaigns & CRM using Salesforce and Pardot. I report to the CMO based out of our headquarters in New York and lead the marketing operations team and agencies out of Bangalore.
I was responsible for establishing the marketing function, defining the processes, procuring the technologies and building a team of over 10 members and a global network of vendors to manage the marketing promotion for BA. I led the marketing team to over 300% growth in 4 years using an omni-channel digital strategy built on strong content capability.
