Performe cleaning duties eiher public area or room.
Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recomendations upon request.
Clean tables after patrons have finished dining
Meet and greet all guest and assist with /registrations.
Update and maintain efficientlu the current room status and inform to the housekeping supervisor for their attention.
Constantly check on all forms of correspondences, such as massage / mails / parcels are promptly delivered.
Manage and update the hotel function space booking program, liaise with Sales Managers and reservation.
Relay all details of booking and cancellation to reservation.
Ensure that the function space is set up as required and be the contact person on the day.
Prepare quatation, Follow up call and send banquet event order.

Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information to either resolve the issue or escalate the issue to the next tier group.
Respond promptly in a friendly and helpful manner to question.
Promoting and demostrate product to existing / potential customer and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needed.
Make a quotation if needed.
