Ensuring the availability of wide range of quality well cut meat for customers. Utilize a variety of tools to process and prepare meat, including saws, knives and grinders. Responsible for maintaining this equipment through regular cleaning and routine repairs, including sharpening of knives and saws. Inspect meat prior to processing to ensure correct quantities and maintain a high level of product quality. In quiet periods, carrying out various cleaning and administrative duties. Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards; report faulty equipment and hazard management.
