CRM: Communicate, demo to client’s business and accountant, and uncover the requirements. Provide user guides and tutorials for end users.
Dev Management: Lead 10 developer-team and do Scrum to check the process weekly. I also track daily and test processes so I can find out the problem as early as possible. Talk about algorithms with developers and support them to meet the schedule.
Project Document: Write and deliver product test plans, reports, user guides to clients and organize dev guides for internal teams.
Customer Support: Assist 15-member online/on-site customer support. I was the 2nd guard for reports. I give users user guides for troubleshooting and log diagnosis to track bugs. Lead users solve problems or dispatch on-site supporters based on analysis. Make sure the response in 2-hour online leading or 4-hour dispatching.
User Research: Statistics of the monthly transactions, tracking the contribution of products and report to clients monthly. For example, TVM increases the station income 7-45% and available device-time to 99.8%. And plan to improve the product based on the statistics.

Critical Cases Testing: Customize scan programs to find out critical cases instead of all case testing. Reduce the testing time from pc error to 4-hour finish 100% coverage test.
Test Automation: Build test automation in selenium, node.js, postman, and multi-thread run test in 1 day.
System Stability: Write batch file for Jenkins calling test automation as regression tests, which were called by Jenkins after each deployment.
Improve Algorithm: Research performance of 10 APIs as least using stress tests. And I talk with developers to improve algorithms.
Project Document: Write and deliver test plans and reports
Auditing: Make 2 scripts to audit abnormal accounting. Process abnormal payments in 2 days rather than customer report.
Error Analysis: Track errors by log and monitoring, and dispatch the right owners to solve the errors. Shorten solving time for a bug from 2-10 days to 0-2 days.

About Me

I’m Rio – a technical product manager and QA for 2 large governmental projects(about 30M-USD) including Web/Mobile/Integration of SW&HW. I have a comprehensive understanding of the entire product life cycle, having been involved from the requirement analysis phase to the operational phase.

Throughout my projects, I have solved problems such as client relationships, requirement analysis, system design, development management, vendor coordination, and exceptional emergencies. In those challenges, I maintain honesty with my teammates, establish trust with clients, and synchronize information with my director to enable timely problem-solving.

In my career plan, my short-term goal is to obtain PMP certificate, and the middle-term is to pursue cybersecurity certificates such as CC, CISSP. I hope I can have a systematic view of governance of projects and cybersecurity. Especially the regions of AI, cloud-computing and blockchain applications. Thank you.
