Responsibility: Cooperated with 5 internal and external RD teams across Taiwan and India in a Hybrid Development environment. Owned the product lifecycle from features definition to customer support in the core Linux embedded storage management software and IoT monitoring system for millions of professional I.T.
Data Analysis: Managed the Helpdesk App's development to directly collect user support ticket info from the system. Analyzed 81,000 systems' help logs with Splunk and present results to the executive board & reduce support tickets. Increased customer support satisfaction for 1 star from 3/5 to 4/5.
Customer-Obsession: Increased company sales by 13% in a quarter by redesigned the Snapshot feature for entry-level models & users. Defined over 100 pages of UI spec to earn positive feedback.
Action-Focusing: Secured 200 storage unit deployment deal in Italy by resolved a conflict between Support and R&D. Completed the challenge by being the contact window for the customer directly.
Communication Skills: Joined 3 large product launch sessions, published 2 technological white papers, and recorded 15 YouTube live-streaming for product introductions.
