Management Executive With Extensive Staffing Experience

A senior management executive with more than two decades of experience, Rob Persiano holds the title of chief operating officer of Seneca Resources, a Reston, Virginia-based company that provides IT consulting and professional resourcing services. In this role, Rob Persiano leads the development and implementation of the strategic business plan in accordance with the vision of the founding partners. With a focus on the company's strategic service and sales delivery, he ensures continued growth through people systems, reporting and administrative procedure, and operational controls.

Prior to joining Seneca Resources, Rob Persiano held management and sales positions at PeopleEase from 2017 to 2018. He ultimately achieved the role of general manager of its Southeast Region operations, and, during this period, managed staff, set strategy, and accomplished business objectives.

Rob Persiano focused the first 17 years of his career on leadership positions at ManpowerGroup’s Experis and COMSYS, which Manpower acquired in 2010. In part, his responsibilities included providing strategic leadership, overseeing IT and engineering recruiting and sales, and managing talent for multiple regional divisions.
