In Bahrain, partnered with Hadi Al Alawi at the Al Hayat Group. Founded in the late 1980s, the Al Hayat Group has been investing in global companies in the Middle East for over 25 years. The history of
Al Alawi family has been linked to Bahrain for over 100 years, during
which it has notably contributed towards the economic and social
development of the country. The Al Hayat Group is one of the largest
and oldest family offices in the Gulf.

In Indonesia partnered with 2 family offices. One family is #5 on
the Forbes list in Indonesia. The other family is one of the largest
Indonesian family offices with significant food, real estate and
healthcare investments. The family invests only their own capital and
are differentiated by their permanent and proprietary capital base
which allows for maximum flexibility with transaction structures and
investment period; and complete alignment with all stakeholders in
creating long-term value.

In US, partnered with the MHA Nation to deploy 50MM to 100MM
in a 650MM to 850MM bid project. MHA Nation, a Native America
tribe composed of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara tribes bid on an
opportunity to acquire oil & gas leases currently held by a publicly
traded oil & gas company, representing up to 64 ,000 acres. The
subject acreage is located on the Nation's tribal lands situated in the most productive region in North Dakota. A 2B private equity firm offered to partner with MHA Nation in a management buyout for the
public company acquisition.
