Robert Scholem
All Equity Realty Owner and President
Robert Scholem serves as the president/owner of All Equity Realty, Inc., in Hauppauge, New York. He has the oversight of all operations in the full-service commercial real estate company, which also functions as a brokerage. Additionally, Robert Scholem maintains real estate industry accreditation as a certified real estate executive (CRX) from the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2020, he expanded his professional activities by becoming the owner of ClassicAutoAdvisors.com, an online resource for owners of classic cars.
Robert Scholem graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a bachelor of science in business management. Before joining All Equity Realty, he spent more than eight years with Kimco Realty Corporation as the director of property management for the northern region, which included the oversight of more than 140 properties in nine states. Mr. Scholem also worked as the senior vice president and director of property management at Acadia Realty Trust in White Plains, New York.
