Robin Capehart is the president of Fleet Solutions International in Sarasota, Florida. He previously served as the president of West Liberty University, a four-year public institution near Wheeling, West Virginia, which was originally established as West Liberty Academy in 1837. During his time as president, Robin Capehart led efforts to drive numerous academic advancements for the institution, such as increasing enrollment and implementing practices and policies to promote student success. Additionally, he spurred the development for new degree programs and transformed the school’s honors program to an Honors College.

In addition to his role at the university, he has held positions on the board of directors for the Institute for Innovation in Education and the West Virginia Association of Regional Colleges and Universities. He also taught courses relating to law and taxation. Early in his career, he developed programs for tax, entrepreneurship, and business studies. He also contributed to peer-reviewed journals such as the Public Policy Quarterly, the National Tax Journal and the West Virginia Law Review.
