A preeminent attorney in the field of business immigration law, Rodney Malpert manages the Phoenix office and other West Coast teams for the law firm of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. In his work with the firm, Rodney Malpert draws upon more than three decades worth of experience working in immigration law, PERM labor certification, EB1 visas, and legislation related to the technology sector. 


Rodney Malpert earned both his master’s degree and his law degree from Cornell University. Prior to joining Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, he held positions with prominent law firms, such as Baker Botts and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He also served as senior counsel for the technology firm Texas Instruments. Additionally, Mr. Malpert managed worldwide corporate immigration for Littler Mendelson. 


A well-respected member of the field, Mr. Malpert has appeared in Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration for each of the past eight years. He is also the author of two loose-leaf treatises on the subject of business immigration. Additionally, Rodney Malpert has served as the editor of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) annual conference book and has spoken to professional groups, such as the Society for Human Resource Management and the Council for Global Immigration.
