Improve the algorithm by localizing and classifying defects on wafers. Rescuing the client's overkill wafer (which was supposed to be a good product but was detected as a defective product by AOI) in the inspection results of the AOI machine through machine learning and deep learning methods. After the actual test, about 94% of the overkill wafer was successfully rescued.
