  • Partnered with the business team to enable variable pricing models for Cloud and Mainframe offerings and enabled expedited submission of proposals to clients. Clocked 10+ deals of size $15Mn+ in a span of 10 months and at an operating margin of 20%.
  • Identified and eliminated redundant costs from P&L and reached out to existing customers to ramp up Mainframe consumption – proposed consolidation of Mainframe capacity for different subsidiaries of Wipro in the US and hence drive IBM, CA, BMC and other software costs down. Helped consolidate 5000 MIPS capacity at Wipro level under one roof, leading to a 2% improvement in profitability for the DC business.

  • Making the business profitable by adding a sustainable top-line at controlled cost, transformed the P&L from -9% OM in Q3'15 to +8% OM by Q2'16. Carried out due diligence with 5+ buyers, facilitated the closure of a Special Purpose Audit for carved out Financials and concluded at a run-rate EBIDTA of $50.5Mn p.a.
