Rose Anne Osamba

President of Cellentia Information Technology(TM)

An information technology entrepreneur, Rose Anne Osamba founded Cellentia Information Technology(TM) in 2016. In addition to creating and managing the recruitment and compensation strategies, she established the company’s organizational and communications infrastructure. As president of the technology company, Roseanne Osamba oversees all departments and conducts research and analysis to provide government entities with a full suite of computing services.

Under Roseanne Osamba’s leadership, Cellentia Information Technology provides infrastructure support, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and product solutions designed to meet an organization's core goals. Previously, she served as a senior management consultant, helping companies develop administrative procedures and operational controls to increase efficiency. She also ensured regulatory compliance and led teams in developing new client services.

A graduate of the University of Texas, Rose Anne Osamba holds a bachelor of arts in mass communications and media studies. She also earned an executive certificate in business innovation and applications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. She maintains membership in professional organizations such as the Washington, DC chapter of Women in Technology and the US Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
