Entering the US Air Force in the early 1990s, Roy Bowser, Jr., completed Airman Leadership School before training as a noncommissioned officer. He went on to complete academic programs through the Community College of the Air Force, earning associate’s degrees in information management and hotel, restaurant, and fitness studies.
