Ryan Novaczyk

Experienced Financial Executive

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Ryan Novaczyk received his bachelor's degree in financial management. He went on to earn certificates in finance, sales and marketing, and housing and care for the seniors housing market from UMBC's Erickson School. As an accomplished executive in his field, Ryan Novaczyk has spoken at numerous industry conferences for groups such as NIC.org, the Advanced Sales Summit, Interface Seniors Housing, and Argentum.

Ryan Novaczyk launched his career as an analyst of specialty mergers and acquisitions at Piper Jaffray, later providing research analysis there for the application software sector. In 2002, he joined Deephaven Capital Management and continued his work in analysis before becoming the vice president of the software portfolio. Three years later, he accepted a similar position at the Galleon Group.

Now the president and chief financial officer of New Perspective Senior Living, Ryan Novaczyk provides his financial and executive expertise to his family's business serving seniors. He spearheads technological initiatives, acquisitions, and business growth, as well as handling day-to-day accounting operations for the care provider.
