At my core, I'm people-oriented, focused on customer & consumer-centricity. My passion and professionalism gravitate towards optimizing brand, product, service, and customer experience, especially in multi-channel & omni-channel commercial environments. I'm particularly swayed by fields like retail and shopper marketing.
My coworkers and peers have said that I am a great communicator, creative, and agile, and very easy to be around. I have a solid understanding of web concepts and digital marketing avenues, as well as conducting a master's thesis on in-store behavior analytics and shopper marketing. I like to spend my spare time playing music e.g Jazz, gaming by building virtual cities, reading books, going to the gym, and enjoying the outdoors. Random fact about me: I once hitchhiked to the Shire (the one from Lord of the Rings)!

I’ve been freelancing on the side for over 6 years, focusing on creating marketing-centric websites, content, and business growth in a variety of niches for clients, as well as acquisition and offering affordable and high-quality services and advising to small businesses. In addition, I've worked in collaboration with boutique digital agencies; Mixeron and AtelierDigital Ltd.
A notable client I've helped was Spar-Clean Inc, which required web design and inbound growth marketing. Through SEO and marketing-design practices, the client now receives roughly 80% of its lead generation via its website and organic traffic, also averaging almost 2k customers annually.
