我是郭連泰(Jack)，出生的環境是熱情的高雄，可以快速地融入各個環境，也不曾畏懼所面臨的挑戰，因為我知道面臨困境和有壓力的環境下，這才是使我們成長和成功的最大契機。
現在就職於 Crypto.com，其主要目標為完成各類業務功能相關開發，以及維護產品的性能，進一步提升團隊開發效率以及穩定度。在近期的兩間公司中 (Crypto.com & 街口) ，專案到我們團隊中可說沒有失敗過，從不會有錯估時程以及延誤的狀況發生。而在這快速迭代的環境下，最耗時的便是發版進入 QA 測試以及送審的環節，在街口中，從零開始的 Jenkins 架設就是由我開啟，加速了一切發版的環節並增加工程師專注在專案的時間，除了專案以及流程外，對 Mobile 團隊，提供了各類提升效率的架構，元件化、RxSwift 的導入、Router、以及基礎架構層 JKContainer 的實現 ... 等，以及對外，提供全埋點機制，讓 PM 端可以對使用者的行為進行分析，引導出使用者習性，進一步優化，同時也創造出街口的 SSO，讓外部廠商可以更自由串接，讓我們可視率更加的提高。同時也創造出階層式的 Debug tool ，除了在開發外也讓 QA 測試更加的便利。而在 Crypto.com 的期間，更加了解區塊鏈的運作，同時著三個專案的開發以及時程的控管，除了完成每次的任務之外，更加提升了 App 的效能，讓使用者的體驗提高，並減少各類閃退的狀況。除此之外也導入了 Coordinator 架構，讓整體維護的情形更好的控管，讓團隊中各個需求的開發進一步
除了自我對架構層級的成長外，更提升的對外的影響力，讓我不再將視野放在自我，當然一定在這之中會遇到各類的阻礙和挫折，除了多溝通了解互相的想法外，也要換位思考，讓雙方都能達到雙贏的目標，近一步將產品提升到另一個境界。

Autobiography
My name is Lien-Tai Kuo, and my English name is Jack. I was born in Kaohsiung. I was brought up to be an independent and active person, and I always do my best to achieve my goal, even when it seems tough.
Currently, I am an iOS developer at Crypto.com. My job duty is developing business functionality and maintaining iOS Apps. I also am responsible for improving team development efficiency and stability. In the recent two companies (Crypto.com & JKOPAY) which have a rapid iteration environment, the most time-consuming process is releasing the app to QA for testing and submitting for review. I startup CI / CD with Jenkins, which speeded up all releases and increased the time for engineers to focus on their projects. In addition to the project and release process, I provided various efficient architectures for our mobile team, like JKOComponent, RxSwift, Router, JKContainer (implementation of the infrastructure layer), and in-app-web ... etc. Externally, I provide a full tracking function that can support PM to analyze the user's behavior. That can allow them to understand the user's habits and further optimize. We also create JKOS SSO which allows external vendors to connect more freely and increase our visibility rate. At the same time, I create a hierarchical debug tool which makes it more convenient for testing to QA. During my time at Crypto.com, I learned more about the operation of the blockchain. Developed three projects, and controlled the schedule at the same time.
I also completed each task and improved the performance of the App. That allows users to improve the experience and reduce various crashes. In addition, I apply the Coordinator architecture which makes us to control the overall maintenance situation and further improve the development of each requirement in the team.
During these three years, I have gained a deeper understanding of architecture and external influence. My experience has taught me how to navigate all types of obstacles in my field. And I know how to communicate effectively with team members and other teams and put myself in their shoes. This can help us achieve the goal. I will continue to broaden my knowledge and dig deeper for better solutions as technology is ever-changing.
