As an independent girl
I'm a single child and raised by a single mom. All she taught me was how to be an independent girl who has the ability to solve problems and have a positive personality. She let me plan my own trip when I was 10 and gave me chance to schedule our family routine. Thanks for her training, I have all knowledge and skills to live by myself since she died a few years ago.
As a program manager
My extracurricular life in college was full of challenge and that was the time I learned how to manage the program. It was an honour to be the coordinator of the orientation camp for our department. I was able to organize over 40 volunteers and successfully held the camp which has over 50 participants. During the four months of preparation period, I turned myself as an inspiring leader who could gather every volunteer together to achieve the goal and have the ability to represent our team to negotiate with the related associations.
AS a multi-tasking person
My current job role is the store manager for a fresh-started branch. To succeed in this position, I have to allocate my time properly to take care of sales, inventory and also staff management.
Whereever the chance is, there I am.
You only live once so always push yourself to the next level is my life goal. I'm keen for learning new things and not afraid of taking challenge. Therefore, I decided to walk Camino de Santiago, put myself on a 800km route to explore my pysical limited. I also started my career in Australia even though it's too far away from home and the position is extremely challenging. Whereever the chance is, there I am. If there's a chance that I can turn myself into a better person, there is where I'm going toward.
Time for the next step.
My mission of the past job was set up a solid system for a fresh-started branch, which is also the second shop of our brand. After 6 months of hard-working, the branch and it's head-quarter successfully build up a good communication tunnel. Also, by working on establishing and operating the standard operating procedure, the branch now is able to function well. Since I achieved my goal, here comes the time for the next stop.
Working in a young and small team is full of challenges. Since we're both fresh on the boat, I have to be a pioneer and always do self-study to solve the problem. It's is tough to come up with the ideas and make it work. Therefore, I realize there's plenty of knowledge I should know but it's hard to learn without a mentor.
Having experience of managing a new branch, I have shown myself be capable of having multi-tasking skill and able to work under great pressure. I'm also willing to learn new knowledge to success my position and do my best to achieve KIP.
