The Firmwide P&A function within Finance was undergoing the need to modernize, revamp, and in some cases eliminate legacy applications. I led a small group of business analysts & developers that helped guide the P&A function in building a new web portal, worked closely with the executive team to craft the vision and strategy, and implemented a web app that does data validation, workflow with top-notch controls.
Key Achievements
- Launched FAST (Forecast Analysis and Submission Tool) within 6 months of project conception to streamline Line of Business forecast submission into Corporate
- FAST resulted in savings of 6,000 man hours every year with another 5,000 of planned savings in 2018
- Secured the buy-in of all Lines of Businesses, led QA and managed the launch working closely with Ops and Tech located globally
- Created Product Roadmap for 2017/2018, presented/secured buy-in of senior execs
- Evangelized a product management culture including the establishment of a framework around lean methodologies, feature prioritization, roadmaps and launch best practices

Designed and developed enterprise systems used by Controllers for Financial reporting and 'management company' tasks. Ideated, prototyped and coded using Java and a proprietary PS programming language within PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Travel and Expense (T&E) and Cash Management/Treasury modules. Interacted with Entity Controllers, AP Supervisors, Treasury users to prototype solutions, design A/B testing for bolt-on apps.

- Implemented Cash Management PeopleSoft module, created payment interfaces with our Global Banking partner (ACH, SWIFT, ISOV2 file format)
- Designed 'Legal Allocation' bolt on application within Cash Management to automate wire transfers payments of RSUs to GPs and LPs of the firm
- Hired and led 2 consultants for a PeopleSoft & Hyperion Upgrade project over 10 months
