Regular:
•Annual price review:
Negotiating with suppliers to reduce the price every year by reasonable and acceptable ways.
•Material adjustment:
Making the rule what the parts price should be and to linked to the market.
•Target activities:
To set the annual target what suppliers should achieve base on cost,quality and safety.
•Supplier chain management:
In order to assure the supply constantly of suppliers, we must grasp these tier 2 information and make them doing the management
well.
•TPS activities:
Using the Toyota Production System to improve the production efficiency.
•Suppliers relationship management.
Gather suppliers by region and several groups to strengthen their relationship each other .
Project:
• Making the plan of new car launch.
Determining whether there is merit or not, if not, how should we do to make it profitable.
•Sourcing the suppliers in every car model.
Determining which suppliers we should adopt.
• Determining the price for every car model.
Determining what price we should accept.
• BMC activities.
Assuring the price we accepted is the most competitive when comparing to other sources, even overseas .
•Suppliers support:
Assist supplier to solve deficit problems by company diagnosing.
Emergency&special events:
• Shortage solving:
To establish a team immediately to deal with until the shortage solved.
• International investigations:
To keep with the trends,reduce the waste and avoid risks from any possible situation.
I am afraid that i can't list up all the work experience what I have, I would like to share my opinion:
Although price is one of the important factor of every purchaser cares, balance and flexibility are the most important factors that makes
purchasing affairs more challenge.
Hope I can use these experiences to any industries and jobs.
