Scott Perlov

Colorado Venture Capital Attorney

Scott Perlov joined Bryan Cave, LLP, in Boulder, Colorado, as lead venture capital attorney in 2015. In his position with the firm, he emphasizes legal matters associated with venture capital and angel investor financing such as document preparation and contract negotiations. He is also active in areas of corporate counseling, particularly when it comes to consulting with startup organizations and new, emerging companies. Prior to joining Bryan Cave, Scott Perlov spent more than four years with Pillsbury Winthrop LLP in Los Angeles as an associate attorney. 

Mr. Perlov studied economics and music as an undergraduate at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. He continued his education at the Thunderbird School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona, graduating with a master of business administration in international business. More recently, Scott Perlov completed law programs at the American University Washington College of Law and the New York University School of Law, the latter with an emphasis on tax law. In addition to his work at Bryan Cave, he is a member of professional organizations such as the Boulder Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association.
