V Dr. 植物病蟲害辨識

擔任職務:專案經理、後端工程師

專案目的:開發web app 協助用戶的植物遇到病害、蟲害時，能夠及時判斷是何種狀況並給予相對應的解決方案

負責項目:

  1. 規劃分工以及時程，確認後端與前端的串接規格
  2. 利用Open CV辨識使用者上傳的照片是否合格(亮度、模糊度)
  3. 使用GCP AutoML 訓練出植物的視覺辨識模型，模型準確率達97%
  4. 將後端的Open CV資料前處理、AutoML辨識模型、MongoDB資料庫利用Flask串接成API給前端組進行網頁呈現

遇到的困難與解決方法:

  • 植物辨識模型成功率不高:
    • 解決方法:確保匯入盡可能多的照片且沒有雜訊，調整模型訓練週期
  • 模型API在本地端無法使用:
    • 解決方法: 利用os將模型的json檔案加入環境變數
