 一、家庭背景 我，出生在一個平凡純樸的美滿家庭，從小在村莊長大，雖然村子的旁邊就是現代化的桃園國際機場，但這裡還保留著農莊的傳統風貌。 「努力、堅持、認真、求知」是我的座右銘，時常告訴自己，在現今這競爭的社會下，唯有不斷的學習才能使自己更上層樓，除了專研書本之外，對於自身喜愛的電子設備更會發揮研究的精神將它修復或是做更佳的設定。如此一來，我比別人更多了一份解決問題與困難的實力，而這也是目前各企業所要求我們七年級生所必備的Trouble Shooting能力。 

二、求學歷程 在高中一、二年級時，我連續四學期選擇電腦研究社為唯一的課外社團活動，經電腦老師的細心指導，當時的我除啟蒙電腦相關知識外，並學會有關軟體方面的安裝與設定，使我在電腦軟體方面的認識向上提升了不少，再配合上自學的硬體組裝能力，已具備了電腦相關的基本知識與技能。 大學時期，由於幫忙家境的關係，在工讀部分，在學校擔任學務處的網頁管理人員(此部分為網頁自學技能並考取網頁丙級證照)，而在外兼任宏碁數位宅修工程師至客戶家中進行電腦維修(考取宏碁數位宅修認證)，展現自身對於電腦各方面的實力。 研究所時期，由於走的是科技管理路線，除在各項科目上表現優異之外，另外透過SWOT-優勢（Strengths）、劣勢（Weaknesses）、競爭市場上的機會（Opportunities）和威脅（Threats）分析各項報告及國科會計畫進行相關分析，經由指導教授的提點，在專利這塊領域上更是收穫滿載，對於專利分析與專利佈局兩大方面更是在研究所時論文寫的方向，並聽從指導老師的建議，參加工研院所舉辦的專利、技術交易專業經紀人實務研習課程，雖然時數不長，但從中體認到台灣對於專利這塊領域還需要繼續加油向前跟上美國、歐洲、日本，新聞報導中”HTC在美國的專利訴訟案”更是讓我體認到專利的重要性。另外則是由教授指導並參加由遠東科技大學所舉辦的”全國大專院校學生專利分析競賽”更是得到第一名的殊榮。至此，對於專利的興趣更是無止境的研讀下去。並於入伍期間，針對專利新型部分自寫一份有關”機殼連接線與主機板針腳之連接便利延伸裝置”，並獲得當時國內微星電子科技廣泛運用至旗下主機板推廣市場。 因此，在論文口試完後，參加新竹工研院舉辦的智慧財產評價專業人員培訓班，其中更是與業界相關人士進行互動交流，當中對於評價機制與專利內涵有更深一層的體會。於退伍後，更是聽從學長的建議推薦中壢資策會網工班，其在業界上則是有口皆碑，對於自身熱愛科技產品更是不謀而合，因此毅然決然報名加入八十八期網路工程師養成班，期望在中央大學內受訓期間，對於未來台灣走向資訊雲端這塊市場能有更深一層的認識與體會。 工作一段時間後，深感自己在IT業界能力有所不足，得知國家未來政策走向高速的行動網路與雲端應用發展，因此報考中央大學通訊工程研究所，期盼在吸收學術與實務上的經驗，能使自身面對未來資訊化大數據的來臨，能更加得心應手。 如今，將學習到的專利知識轉化為自身的Know-How與自身對於電腦軟硬體與網路的熱愛並考取相關證照，相信在進入公司後更能發揮所長。對於未來工作方面，不免要對自己說，選己所愛、永往向前、努力不懈、發揮所長，無論所要走的是哪方面，對自己負責及對的起父母對我的栽培，是我不忘了告訴自己的念書的目的是為何。常常有長輩提起我們七年級生對於工作方面積極度不夠，但考上研究所後讓我對老師交待給我的事情產生負責任的態度，”七年級生，也可以把事情做好”，這就是我給自己的一句話。 #學校學習之技能: PMA管理、Patent專利分析、專利申請、企業管理與行銷、創客創新實務運用、大數據運用SPSS分析、簡報專業製作能力、網頁製作能力(RWD可響應式網頁)、量化分析。  

三、工作歷程 第一份正式工作為至新竹科學園區內的網通大廠合勤科技擔任網通產品的工程師，在工作期間除將在資策會所學習到的網路知識用上之外，並加強自身所學每日主動留下至晚上10點將每個禮拜所要負責報告的課程做詳細的整理，期盼自己可將所學發揮並得到主管認同與支持。 為了能夠在IT業界能整合更多的技能與實力，於是先至新竹八原資通學習網路與電信設備技術，透過整合更能了解網路對於未來的重要性，另於桃園三勝資訊擔任系統工程師一職，任職期間配合公司政策負責維護各大地區高中職及企業單位，擔任規劃機房與客戶溝通的角色，並與客戶關係良好達到互信雙贏局面．在八原與三勝公司的時間，學習到個人獨立與客戶面對處理事務及專業技能發揮的技巧，也因此面對客戶也就會更能得心應手的應對即取得客戶的信任維持良好合作關係。 後續由於台灣微軟於桃園市政府青年事務局配合之前瞻計畫，中央大學協同一起努力於機器學習達到人工智慧階段，我則是配合中央大學與青年事務局計畫，為台灣微軟網羅進入人工智慧此塊龐大的未來商機領域進行研究，目前對於機器學習與雲端應用方面皆有涉略，更希望自身能更加朝向此塊發展。 依據2016中華民國對外貿易發展協會揭露: 跨境、大數據、數位金融以及新創 這四大項為企業尋找更佳出路的管道，個人我則是在大數據分析上面學以致用，另外則是新創部分，則要時時刻刻提醒自己創新創造更加卓越的自我，若停止了學習停止了創新，則會故步自封無法前進，無法陪同企業一同成長。 近期由於自身技能發展需要，在內訓方面配合公司政策，於原廠和代理商報名學習新技能與知識，將所學發揮在客戶價值上；另外一方面，配合政府前瞻計畫與台灣微軟學習相關應用Azure雲端應用，發展IoT物聯網及雲端發展應用達到AI人工智慧的願景。 由於個人身涯規劃與期盼自己更深造發展，故對於未來工作上自當更加努力與不懈，也為了照顧自身家庭的幸福與美滿，我會將自身所長更加發揮至公司，期許正在觀看我的自傳的貴司主管能賞識給予我一個介紹自己的機會至貴司服務，謝謝！ #職場學習之技能: Windows Server & AD管理、Linux Redhat & Suse應用、Network有線與無線規劃與管理(optical fiber建置)、資安佈防、Thin Client虛擬桌面運用、VMware虛擬化整合、Hyper-V虛擬化應用、Exchange郵件系統安裝與管理、大型網路及大型企業或學校單位機房管理、Storage SAN架構架設與管理(EMC)。 個人達標成功案例: 1. 觀音福保化學股份有限公司(整廠資訊規劃含機房與終端) 2. 龍潭新生醫護專科學校(機房實體轉虛擬化透過VMware移轉並進行後續管理) 3. 中壢啟英高中(規劃骨幹網路並進行S/W更換與Core整合) 4. 中壢中央大學教務處(使用Ncomputing與Hyper-V進行整合、VMware虛擬化與NAS Sync備份與備援同步) 

四、未來展望 在這個不斷前進的世代，唯有自己不斷的進步，吸收新知識；才不致於被社會淘汰，時常告訴自己，在規劃及處理專案時，須以管理面向的PDCA方法(Plan-Do-Check-Action)謹慎的去執行避免錯誤與損失，卡通中華一番小當家說過：”料理使人們帶來幸福”；我則是認為：”資訊科技使人際交流縮短實際物理距離及更佳安全”。 而我在面對職場競爭的未來，是能以一顆旺盛的學習之心，再踏入學術領域的殿堂，藉由學術上帶給我的寶貴知識與個人的學習動力，輔以提昇個人專業上的技能與產業界人脈的交流。 附上個人製作Blog (目前放置於MS Azure公有雲主機) https://blog-jackyzou.azurewebsites.net/ 

 英文自傳：

Today, the learned knowledge into their own proprietary Know-How, I believe it can bring into the company director. For future work, are bound to say to yourself, the election has been loved, never to move forward, hard work, their talents, regardless of which side to go, they are responsible for starting and for the cultivation of my parents, my forget to tell their purpose is to study why.
