Footwear & Apparel

Footwear & Apparel Projects

Throughout my career, I have successfully contributed to over 20 projects encompassing B2B and E-commerce system integration, as well as operations enhancement. These projects involved renowned accounts such as Puma, Levi's, Quiksilver, and more. Leveraging my extensive experience in operations, I implemented strategies that significantly reduced project implementation lead time by an impressive 2-5 working days per project. Collectively, these efforts have generated an estimated revenue of over 12 million NTD for the company.


Semiconductor Projects

I have had the privilege of working on four ASML facility readiness projects, including two enhancement projects in 2023, with approved budgets totaling up to 55 million. In these roles, I have taken the lead in coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with sub-contractors to address critical aspects such as racking layout designs, security measures, quality control, and safety implementations. I am proud to say that the projects I have overseen have successfully met the rigorous standards set by both internal and external field experts, resulting in their audit and approval.

FMCG Projects

 I have been involved in six diverse projects, including B2B system integration for esteemed accounts such as J&J, Philips, Brown Forman, and Specialized Bicycles. These projects were all on a multinational scale, requiring effective communication and coordination with English native speakers. Through my proficiency in English, I successfully facilitated seamless collaboration and ensured project success. As a result of these efforts, the projects collectively generated an estimated revenue of around 6.8 million NTD for the company. 

Transportation Projects

I had the opportunity to work on two significant projects involving system integration with 7-Eleven and Family Mart. These projects entailed integrating both online (API) and offline (file-based) interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange between systems. As key strategic planning projects, their successful implementation served as a foundation for creating future business cases and expanding growth opportunities.

BU Contribution Analysis

I've used PowerBI to break down the correlation between revenue and cost. Enable management to review all critical indicators at once. I was providing more insights vs. the old financial statements sheet.

Change Request Dashboard

I've used PowerBI to deliver a dashboard to keep track of all the change request tickets raised by BU users. Respected, users can know the current status of their request.

Site Status Dashboard

I've used Tableau to create an interactive status dashboard, enabling site supervisors and workers without login to and database can still manage to get the necessary data.

Workload Analysis

I've used PowerBI to visualize the workload and activities in the daily operations administrative staff's work time and provided more insights into warehouse management.

Transportation Dashboard

I've used PowerBI to create a transportation dashboard for warehouse management to study the possibilities of consolidating more shipments within one truck route.

Handling Volume Dashboard

I've used Tableau to create a handling throughput volume dashboard. Our country's head used this to present at the global management meeting.

  1. ASML Kaohsiung project implementation | Went live on 05/15
    • Project Budget: ~ 1.5 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: Facility infrastructure implementation, business process flow establishment.
    • Special Achievement: I only had 15 days to do the implementation and managed to deliver. The reason for the short lead time is due to the A3 project was linked to the Tainan recovery project.
  2. ASML Tainan space utilization implementation project | Went live on 10/26
    • Project Budget: ~10 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: 3 phases of the new racking implementation to TNDC, the empty pack inventory migration to A3. The migration from A3 back to TNDC and the closure of the A3 site.
    • Special Achievement: I worked with 4 vendors to implement the racking and CCTV and safety measurement. Also, work with the internal stakeholders to conduct 3 phases of acceptance. Worked with the operations team to do the planning of inventory migration and putaway to make space.
  3. ASML XiangShan new facility project | Went live on 10/01(Facility) 11/20(Business)
    • Project Budget: 41.5 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: To renovate an old steel factory building into a meeting DHL compliance site. With the scope of fit-out, firefighting, CCTV & IT. Hiring tracking. Migration planning. Firefighting user permit. Change management control.
    • Special Achievement: I worked with 15 vendors to make sure all the items were purchased and implemented according to the site deliverables and specifications. I hosted the project change management board meeting to accept the change request from ASML.

2022

  1. Dell HES new business project for 3 sites | Regional Project - Taiwan is the 1st country to implement across APAC. Kickoff on22/08/01; Went live on 23/02/29
    • Project Budget: ~ 2 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: Facility, System Implementation and training, Migration planning for 3 sites.
    • Special Achievement: The old warehouse at Taoyuan had 8 hours of delay. I improvised accordingly to provide a mitigation plan to Dell that given day and still managed to go live the following day. Received customer recognition of excellence during QBR.
  2. Roche Diagnostics system Implementation project | Regional Project - Taiwan is the 2nd country to implement across APAC. Went live on 22/07/01
    • Project Budget: ~ 1 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: System Implementation and training, inventory reconciliation.
    • Special Achievement: I took over the project during the implementation stage with the background of the customers and our project team could not get in agreement on the testing scenarios and approve the UAT outcomes. I leveraged my previous IT experience to bring the two teams into 1 team and managed to have a successful go-live. 

LF Logistics

2021

  1. Vans One Inventory Project | Vans is the 1st brand name to implement the shared inventory of B2B with EC of all the VF brands.  
    • Project Budget: ~ 5 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: System Integration with 91app, VF's SAP, and carrier's TMS. Process enhancement and user training. 
    • Special Achievement: This project is a strategic project for VF Corps TW. A shared inventory pool business model is a pioneer in effectively utilizing the inventory. It has been closely monitored by VF's regional office for a pilot to implement in other countries. 
  2. Elizabeth Arden EC project | Went live on 21/11/01 
    • Project Budget: ~ 3 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: System Integration with 91app, VF's SAP, and carrier's TMS. Training, and inventory reconciliation.
    • Special Achievement: With the lockdown due to COVID-19. Which jeopardized Elizabeth's business plan and brought a huge financial impact.  The project aimed to launch an EC channel to save the revenue target by offering an alternative plan to their valued customers. Aside from the technical aspect of project implementation. I had to teach how to operate the online store backend to Arden's EC team. The customer General Manager wrote a thank you message to appreciate our collaboration in terms of the joint effort to overcome a difficult period "together".

    • Special Achievement: I worked with 15 vendors to make sure all the items were purchased and implemented according to the site deliverables and specifications. I hosted the project change management board meeting to accept the change request from ASML.

2022

  1. Dell HES new business project for 3 sites | Regional Project - Taiwan is the 1st country to implement across APAC. Kickoff on22/08/01; Went live on 23/02/29
    • Project Budget: ~ 2 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: Facility, System Implementation and training, Migration planning for 3 sites.
    • Special Achievement: The old warehouse at Taoyuan had 8 hours of delay. I improvised accordingly to provide a mitigation plan to Dell that given day and still managed to go live the following day. Received customer recognition of excellence during QBR.
  2. Roche Diagnostics system Implementation project | Regional Project - Taiwan is the 2nd country to implement across APAC. Went live on 22/07/01
    • Project Budget: ~ 1 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: System Implementation and training, inventory reconciliation.
    • Special Achievement: I took over the project during the implementation stage with the background of the customers and our project team could not get in agreement on the testing scenarios and approve the UAT outcomes. I leveraged my previous IT experience to bring the two teams into 1 team and managed to have a successful go-live.

  1. Vans One Inventory Project | Vans is the 1st brand name to implement the shared inventory of B2B with EC of all the VF brands.  
    • Project Budget: ~ 5 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: System Integration with 91app, VF's SAP, and carrier's TMS. Process enhancement and user training. 
    • Special Achievement: This project is a strategic project for VF Corps TW. A shared inventory pool business model is a pioneer in effectively utilizing the inventory. It has been closely monitored by VF's regional office for a pilot to implement in other countries. 
  2. Elizabeth Arden EC project | Went live on 21/11/01 
    • Project Budget: ~ 3 million NTD.
    • Project Scope: System Integration with 91app, VF's SAP, and carrier's TMS. Training, and inventory reconciliation.
    • Special Achievement: With the lockdown due to COVID-19. Which jeopardized Elizabeth's business plan and brought a huge financial impact.  The project aimed to launch an EC channel to save the revenue target by offering an alternative plan to their valued customers. Aside from the technical aspect of project implementation. I had to teach how to operate the online store backend to Arden's EC team. The customer General Manager wrote a thank you message to appreciate our collaboration in terms of the joint effort to overcome a difficult period "together".
