         鉑點綴石墨烯對電極染料敏化太陽能電池:大氣電漿與爐管製程之比較研究

  論文摘要

         我們比較研究大氣噴射電漿與爐管鍛燒製程所製作之鉑奈米粒子點綴石墨烯對電極染料敏化太陽能電池。大氣電漿的高反應粒子在較高溫的環境下與碳材反應劇烈, 因此在短時間內就會將石墨烯反應(氧化/汽化)完畢。但爐管鍛燒對石墨烯的反應較溫和,因此爐管鍛燒需要較長的時間,而石墨烯也可以在爐管環境中存在較長的時間。

應用力學專題實驗

-睡眠止鼾枕


專題為四人一組,我擔任組長一職。

我主要負責評估專題的合適性、材料設備的選擇、專題的市場調查以及整合意見做出專題報告。 

我們利用arduino晶片控制器、聲音感測器、繼電器模組偵測鼾聲使電磁閥開關讓鋼瓶充氣於氣墊,進而降低打鼾頻率,也結合手機APP,記錄鼾聲次數。

複合材料製程(金屬/碳材)

- 大氣噴射電漿


成功利用氮氣大氣噴射電漿來還原氯鉑酸,使鉑奈米粒子規律的附著在石墨烯片狀結構上。因還原氯鉑酸需要高溫製備,但石墨烯在高溫下易被反應,所以試了電漿溫度、氣體流量、石英管長、石英管與載台間隙等多個不同參數來完成鉑奈米粒子與石墨烯之複合材料。

結果也應用於太陽能電池、超級電容、燃料電池、微流道感測器的電極製備。

-睡眠止鼾枕
