【關於我】

「永不放棄！」這是每位排球員秉持的精神，也是我對人生的態度。您好，我是柯惠芯，畢業於東海大學企業管理學系，主修科技管理，個性外向、喜歡交際，樂於在充滿挑戰及冒險的生活中穿梭，更願意不斷的學習。在大四上學期的時候就修完所有的畢業學分，便選擇在大四下學期加入企業實習，因為我認為實戰經驗更勝於萬本書。在踏入社會一年多後，認為自己的視野不夠寬廣因此決定出國去看看不同的世界。

【小小領頭羊】

曾經在大學的社團裡因為創意及創造力被推舉為企劃部長，除了負責規劃及執行大大小小的活動之外，也必須挑選適當的人才擔任適當的角色，我總是能提出讓人感到新奇的點子，在一堆天馬行空的想法中選出一個符合實際狀況又不失趣味的idea，讓活動可以更加豐富及令人印象深刻，每此在主導的活動後收到的回饋單都是4.5星至5星的高分評價，這樣的回饋對我來說不僅是肯定，更是讓我花更多心力投入下一場活動的最好的動力。

【經歷面】

大四進入企業實習、畢業後轉正職，對我來說是一個人生轉捩點，相較於同年齡層的人，更早進入了不同的環境、接觸不同的人事物，同時，對待生活的態度也跟著轉變了。

在澳洲待了將近三年的時間，做過許多不同類型的工作，即使都是casual性質的工作，我依然投入100%的努力。曾經有經理看到我的認真態度，問我願不願意留下來當team leader，這是莫大的榮幸但我婉拒了，因為我想回台灣為台灣的產業盡一份心力。這期間，我走遍澳洲各個城市、鄉村，體驗這個偌大的國家所擁有的不同風貌，外向熱情的個性讓我擁有很多來自不同國家的朋友。很多人羨慕國外生活，但是親自去一趟之後才會發現在異地生活是有多麽的難能可貴，我不僅學會獨立堅強的面對各種困難，學會嘗試各種方法、用各個角度去解決問題，更學會勇敢的去接觸新領域，我不再僅僅侷限於眼前，而是每天期待著新事物的發生、新挑戰的出現。

【自我期許及願景】

學習積極和快速的個性能讓我很快的融入工作環境，不管什麼挑戰我都願意迎面應對。大學畢業後的這幾年，不管是台灣的工作或是澳洲的生活都讓我成長、蛻變許多，在心靈和視野上都在不斷地加深加廣，且對於自己的創意發想很有信心，期許自己可以成為團隊中得力的一份子！

英文自傳

After graduating from university, I worked in Taipei around one year. Since April 2018, I started my Australian life and duration for almost three years. In these three years, I've done many different kinds of jobs, such as picking and packing fruits, and being a production assistant in LUSH. Even though it was really hard to speak in English in the beginning, but I never gave up. During the works, I always worked hard that even been asked to stay to be a team leader. I learned how to solve problems with different ways and different angles, and became more braver to reach a new area. 

I used to be a Planning Specialist when I was in a club of university, the works were including planing, carrying out the activities, and choosing the suitable people to do the right things. I always can make some creative ideas that other people can't, and choose the best and interesting plan for the current situation, to make an activity more impressive. After an activity, I always got the feedbacks with high score such as 4.5 stars or 5 stars. These were not just feedbacks, they were also motivations for me to make better activities in the future. I have confidence on inter-personal relationship and I can get into the situation and environment quickly.

"You only lose when you stop trying." I learned this sentence from my favorite article and I agree it a lot. No matter the job in Taiwan or the life in Australia, they all make my vision more broader, and also make my talent of creativity more flexible. I won't regret the decision for my life.
