In February of 2019 my Father's health declined to the point where he needed a full-time caregiver. In March of 2020 my Mother's health also declined so I became a caregiver for both.
I assisted with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and housekeeping. I also had to communicate extensively with Doctors and their staff, Hospital Personnel, Private Health Insurers including Blue Cross and Cigna, Medicare and Social Security in terms of appointments, billing, benefits, medication management and patient care.
Now this may part of my life may not seem like much to employers, but this required immense dedication, organization, problem solving with serious consequences should I make a mistake, time management, and good communication skills via phone, text and in person. Skills that could translate well into any field.

Group M Engineers was a business started by my father David Mealer, providing IT and accounting services for small businesses and individuals.
I began as an assistant to my father helping him set up networks and virus protection for small businesses, private homes and private schools many of which had more than two dozen computers on their network that needed to be maintained.
Upon my graduation from High School in May of 2005 I was officially given the title of Customer Service Representative. My job included answering customer questions and concerns, setting appointments for services and creating the tickets for service calls to establish billable hours, calculating fuel usage for outcalls and processing payments. I also handled minor IT needs of our customers via phone and e-mail. Became proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Remote Desktop software and Virtual Desktop enviroments in Windows 10. In my tenure I resolved customer issues in a timely and professional manner, frequently with first-contact resolution, leading to many maintaining their business relationship with the company for years to come.
In April of 2011 I was promoted to Customer Service Lead. On top of my previous responsibilities I was also put in charge of keeping records of services for each client as well as descriptions of their hardware and software so they could be kept up to date, and managing business expenses such as utilities, internet, phone, office supplies.

I began as a Fuel Station Attendant and was promoted to Assistant Lead in within 5 months.
I assisted in managing daily operations of the fuel station including inventory management, data entry for fuel deliveries, setting schedules for Team Members, accounting, and customer service. I maintained a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations which included monthly evaluations to ensure we were OSHA compliant and state compliant with regard to fire and chemical safety. Numerous times I was commended on resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
