OrderPally is the branch of 17LIVE, which focuses on social commerce.

 • Led the development team of 4 members to develop the LINE stream that combines OrderPally social commerce features, including integrated payment and delivery.
 • Plan the social commerce revenue-sharing business model and 0-1 features.
 • Led to introduce Clarity and data driven decisions, work closely with UX designer to define the data success metrics.
• Introduce SCRUM standard process to a team of 15 members, and host the daily standup and retrospective meeting.

Mobile Drive is the subsidiary of Foxconn Technology Group and Stellantis. Mobile Drive focus on connected vehicle services. 

• Led the seven-person SCRUM team for the automotive infotainment system account features, including biometric log-in, retrieve media, navigation, seat, and steering wheel users preference settings. 

• Cooperate closely with Stellantis global and the China team to plan the rear-seat entertainment feature localization in China, including the feature scope, operation strategy and cooperation plan with video, music and productivity tool content provider. 

• Work closely with developers and designers to optimize the UX flow and features of DMS/OMS dashboard. 

• Introduce the human-centered design and build the roadmap planning process for the product management team—host the connected-vehicle solution development roadmap workshop for China market.

GoGet, UIUX Lead(Volunteer), Nov 2020 ~ Jun 2021

GoGet is an online careercoaching community, including online forums and offline career coaching activities.

• Led a ten-person UIUX team for product optimization and new features, including membership, the virtual currency, and the online member interaction system.
• Cooperated closely with co-founder, developers, and marketing team and initiated the phase two website proposal based on user feedback and heatmap.

FindLife, Product Manager(MENU app/web), Dec 2020 ~ May 2021

Findlife is a start-up software development company. MENU is an online platform for foodies with 800,000 members, and daily active users reach 14,000 people.

• Led five-person team to use SCRUM, organized project management workflow and streamline issue reporting via Jira to create collaboration platform for developers, which decreased system crash down by 87%, and the effectiveness increase by 25%.
• Analyzed user activity and behavior based on Firebase, Google Analytics, BigQuery, quantitative customer survey, and in-depth interviews to define user journey and pain points.
• Developed optimization strategy and wireframe for exploration page on MENU App and supervised development process.
• Working closely with CEO to add functions that related to advertiser and shopkeeper to expand the business scope of MENU.

Kworld is one company that promoting Korean culture and cosmetics to the United States. I was serving as the only website designer in Kworld.

• Initiated two news media and cosmetic websites, communicated with co-founders and graphic designers about website feature, information architecture and mission, which launched within two months.

Led the re-design of the exhibition’s visual brand identity, producing cohesive media materials in-line with the new standards including banners, posters for 10 unique activities, brochures, and more.

• Led the re-design of the company visual brand identity; including company annual brochures for the premium customers.
• Designed comprehensive digital banners and posters reaching an audience of 40K visitors within four days.
• Raised awareness growth rate by 400% with the distribution of designed posters.
