Eric Blue

Senior Finance Professional and Former Corporate Attorney

With more than two decades of corporate governance and investment experience across industries such as telecommunications, insurance, and consumer products, Eric Blue of Washington, DC, serves as the chief investment officer and CEO at Valler Holdings Corp. In this capacity, he develops and implements the strategy for the global conglomerate company. Eric Blue leverages acumen in corporate law and investment banking within the mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital markets to carry out his responsibilities.

Prior to Valler Holdings, he worked as a corporate associate at Baker McKenzie. He spent three years at the firm, where he represented publicly traded and privately held businesses in corporate governance matters and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Moreover, he previously fulfilled the same role at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Complementing his experience, Mr. Blue is a past president of the J.L. Turner Legal Association and has a juris doctor and an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Texas School of Law and the Xavier University of Louisiana, respectively. He graduated among the top 10 percent of his class at the former university and achieved the Dean's List every semester of his attendance at the latter.
