Leading strategic planning and strategic initiatives to advance innovation within the organization. My mission was to help the agency clients overcome big strategic challenges using innovation and planning. During that time, I thought of, planned and executed very innovative projects like the production and distribution of an urban musical album for the launch of Pepsi in Senegal, the first use of Digital/TV synchronization Ad and the first use of interactive video in Senegal for Orange.

In charge of digital strategies of the agency's clients. From 2014 to 2019, I helped develop the digital transformation plan of Orange Senegal, the biggest digital client of Caractère. With my team, we helped develop the digitalisation of the customer service, put in place the digital media buying infrastructure and Kpis and the overall social media strategy. Our strategy for the digitalization of Orange customer service won a gold during the African Cristal festival in Marrakech.
