  •  Reviewing construction related Project Documentation (feasibility study, designs, BOQ, tender documents, monitoring tools forms and payment disbursement of funds and financial service documents and receive executed works. Attend site Primary deliveries for contractor in order to begin the work.
  • Develop action plans for project implementation including all technical specifications for project implementation.
  •  Following up the implemented work on the site per agreed BoQs, specification respecting action plan timelines. 
  • Making sure that the project is going to be done as planned on the time frame and delivering results. 
  • Monitoring approval of incoming materials samples are of the highest quality and from acceptable country of origin.
  • Maintain good lines of communication and coordinate meetings with local authorities, IDP, host and returnees.
  • Supervise and be responsible for all technical aspects of project implementation, ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient, service-oriented, accurate timely manner consistent to standards, Protocols engineering methods.
  •  Preparing invoices for payment of the works and anticipating the cash flow required for monthly payments. 
  • Write and submit weekly, monthly, status, progress reports, field visit reports and submit to project manager. 
  • Attend site final handover and ensure contractor is completed according to project plan checklists, rules and regulation.
