「既然上場了就不要怕,怕就會輸一輩子」一直以來是我在面對各種挑戰時,激勵我堅持下去的一句話。第一份工作中(旅行社業務),我了解好業務養成的藍圖及規劃;第二份工作中(汽車業務),培養我在有限的資源中、優化業務流程及找到更有效獲利的能力;在第三份工作中(消防隊員),訓練了我的抗性,也培養面對問題時的團隊合作能力,因消防員需要保持高強度的體能訓練。謹以以下三個特質介紹自己:


【應變力】 

我過去的工作領域—消防及業務,皆屬於高挑戰型的任務,不只需要對於產品或專業有深度的認識,更需要擁有敏捷判斷及問題解決的能力。 如:(1)在多變災害現場利用現有資源進行搶救,或是(2) 利用有限時間及名單、開發最有效客戶,都是我在過去工作經歷裡不斷嘗試及突破的。 


 【掌握優劣勢】 

我習慣提前預備,對產品深入瞭解其優缺點,並事前做溝通的流程的沙盤推演,以至於實際面對客戶時,能從容不迫地銷售,我也認透過分析優劣勢,讓說詞說更紮實、客戶也較易接受。 如:過去在賣車時,我並不會一昧高舉自家產品,從客戶的需求及預算,將自家產品及同業產品的優缺點分析給客戶,並找出最適合客戶的自家產品。 


【自律突破】

 因從小紀律被嚴格訓練,長大後、面對自律仍持續自我要求。我認為在生活中為自己設立目標、並且努力去達成目標是一件很享受的事情。 如:過去在從事消防工作時,雖然有既定隊上的訓練,但我希望能更精進並保持體能,會額外設定訓練目標,並規律達成。

Brief


“If you are afraid of it, you will lose something forever.” It’s always been my motto encouraging me to persist. My first career made me understand the blueprint of a good-sales training. In my second job, I developed the ability that finding the best way in the limited condition. The third job trained my stress resistance and team synergy. In addition, for the need from work, I’ve maintained a high-intensity physical training.  I would introduce myself through three points: 


# Resilience 

Most of my past career would face high challenge, which requires me not only know the professional knowledge but also the ability to make the right judgement. For instance: to rescue in a limited resource, and to use the limited time and lists to find the right customer. This is what I’ve always practiced in my past job. 


# Know the pros and cons 

I like to prepare things previously. I’ve always studied the pros and cons of our product and made deductions before meeting up with my client so that I could pursued the client with well-preparation. For instance, I would not blindly say our advantage. Instead, I would analyze the advantage of competitors between our products, and help the client to find the suitable products based on their budget and demand. 


# Self-discipline

For the training from my childhood, I keep my self-discipline. I enjoy the journey of setting goals and achieving goals. For example, I used to set the extra training goal and execute to keep my body in a great condition. 


 The reason of leaving fire department was to develop myself in a transparent and competitive system. I chose to step out of my comfort zone and face the change. Looking forward to hearing a further information. Thank you!
