大學主修數位設計，後自學轉職前端工程師。性格溫和平穩冷靜不驕傲，兼具理性與感性，喜歡突破與創新，自主學習能力強。喜歡藝術與極限運動(自由潛水)，當過創作歌手。美感與音樂品味非常好，模仿以及創作能力佳。我認為模仿能力佳是我學寫程式學得很快的主要因素之一，學習任一門語言皆是從模仿開始，學習語言是如此，學習程式語言也是如此，這一切都有關聯。


【職場經驗】

畢業後第一份工作，在一間新創公司擔任 UI 設計師。主要工作內容是負責設計 UI。但因為前端工程師同事介紹 Bootstrap 給我，我以此入門開始自行研究前端領域先由HTML/CSS起始，由於英文能力還不錯的關係，上手得很快，後於新工作開始學 Javascript, jQuery，專職前端切版。只是過了一陣子這些又不能滿足我了，我又開始自學前端框架開始往軟體開發走，直到現在已經是一位串接API處理Data經驗豐富(還玩到Three.js WebGL去了)的前端工程師了！對我來說前端工程自學之路幾乎沒有遇到什麼大困難，自學技巧沒有別的，就是想辦法找到解決辦法而已。


【工作態度與優點】

性格善良溫和，和同事相處得好。虛心學習，願意聽別的人意見，不會過度堅持自己是對的。

英文口說能力不錯，可以和外國人同事自在聊天與溝通。我善於接受新知，並且相當不排斥學習新的東西，在這每3-5年就有新的東西出現的前端開發領域，這是個需要具備的特質！


【職涯展望】

作為藝術氣息與邏輯思考兼具，感性與理性兼具的非典型工程師，我尋求在冷硬理性的代碼中，一切能與藝術和創意結合的可能性。我無法得知像我這樣的人有多少，也明白工程師的核心價值的體現與前端視覺並無關聯，而在尋求這一可能性的路上，我將會不斷精進自己作為工程師的核心價值，並且也持續學習以及培養創意思維，對任何事物保持 open-minded 的心態，而不僅僅只是侷限在工作領域上，因為我相信科技始終來自人人性，我相信從豐富的生活中獲得的經驗都能為下一個創新產品的養分，我將不會只把目光放在把代碼寫好而已，我期望自己能以更全面的視角看待軟體服務此一領域。

【About Me】

I graduated with a major in digital design in university and later ventured into the realm of front-end engineering through self-learning. My personality is characterized by its calm and gentle nature, blending rationality with sensibility. I find joy in pushing boundaries and fostering innovation, underpinned by robust self-learning capabilities.

Beyond my technical pursuits, I have a deep passion for art and extreme sports(free diving), and have experience as a creative singer/song-writer. My sense of aesthetics and musical taste are exceptional, and my abilities in imitation and creativity are good.

Furthermore, if you have a good imitation ability, learning a language will happen quickly. This applies to spoken languages, and similarly, it holds true for programming languages.


【Work Experience】

Post-graduation, I embarked on my professional journey as a UI designer in a startup, where my focus was primarily on UI design. However, my interest in front-end development blossomed when a colleague introduced me to Bootstrap. This prompted a self-guided exploration of the front-end domain, starting with HTML/CSS. Leveraging my proficiency in English, I quickly mastered the basics.

My journey then led me to learn JavaScript and jQuery, culminating in a transition to a new role specializing in front-end slicing. Still eager for growth, I delved into self-study of front-end frameworks, evolving into a seasoned front-end engineer with expertise in API integration and data handling, even venturing into the realms of Three.js and WebGL.

For me, the self-learning path in front-end development posed minimal challenges, with problem-solving being the key to my continuous improvement.

My kind and gentle personality facilitates positive relationships with colleagues.

I approach work with an open mind, welcoming diverse opinions and avoiding excessive rigidity in asserting my views.

Fluent in English, I kinda effortlessly communicate and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. I am adept at acquiring new knowledge and am quite receptive to learning new things. In the ever-evolving field of front-end development where new things emerge every 3-5 years, these qualities are essential!



【Career Outlook】

As a non-traditional engineer who combines artistic flair with logical thinking, and possesses a balance of sensibility and rationality, I actively seek opportunities to infuse art and creativity into the rigid world of code.

While I recognize that individuals with similar qualities may be rare, and that the core values of engineering may not be directly linked to front-end aesthetics, I am committed to exploring this unique intersection.

However, on the path of exploring this possibility, I will continually refine my core values as an engineer and consistently nurture creative thinking. I maintain an open-minded attitude towards everything, not just within the confines of the professional domain, because technology ultimately stems from human nature. I believe experiences gained from a rich life can serve as nourishment for the next innovative product. I won't merely focus on writing good code; I aspire to approach the field of software services with a more comprehensive perspective.
