. Reflect interview process that allows for efficient assessment and excellent candidate experience.

. Employer branding : Engage social media to present brand and attract potential candidate.
. Orientation for newcomers.
2. Employee Relations & Admin Support
. Support and organize on activities, e.g. Year-end Party, Open Day, Family Day, Festival Activities.
. EAP : Healthcare solution, new-parents gathering.
. Employee Welfare Committee.
• Support for conducting recruitment activities including profiling, selecting and arranging interviews.
• Update employee database and applicant information.
• Generate and analyze the recruitment reports.
